Waxing 101 – Do’s
- Do exfoliate before you wax. Either the night before or morning of. Dry-brushing or a sugar scrub works best. (Body waxing only.)
- Do wait until your hair is 1/4 inch long. (Not for facial waxing.)
- Do take a pain reliever 30 minutes before if you wish.
- Do wax every 4–6 weeks. This helps synchronize hair growth.
Waxing 101 – Don’ts
- Don’t cancel just because you’re on your period — we’ve seen it all!
- Don’t do strenuous activity post-wax. Sweat can irritate follicles.
- Don’t shave between appointments — it resets the growth cycle.
- Don’t forget to re-book!
